RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:
- As we are committed to ensuring that you receive your items in the best condition, all products are checked before dispatch. However, the product may be damaged in the process of delivery.
- If under any circumstances the items are damaged during delivery, we offer replacements or refunds. Please notify us within 3 days of receiving your purchase if any of your items are defective or damaged.
- The return policy will only be effective for a period of 7 calendar days from the time you receive your items from the courier company.
- The return process is simple. Just take a photo on the defective goods, parcel and consignment note then email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- We will bear the shipping charges for replacements.
- The buyer is required to return the faulty or damaged items by POS. Items must be returned with all of their original contents (free gifts, accessories, original packaging, etc.), in new condition, and with tags & labels attached.
- The refund process begins after we have evaluated your returned product. This quality evaluation may take up to 2 business days. We will send you an email notification once it is complete, refund will be credited to your bank account.
WHAT YOU CANNOT RETURN
Unless faulty, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
1. They are received in good condition. Giftsyiu does not cover accidental damage or wear caused by the buyer.
2. Anything that is made to your specific requirements, that is personalised or otherwise cannot be resold due to a made-to-order element.
3. Creative pieces that are specially commissioned when you place an order, like art, papercutting
